Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all DORADO tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in original condition.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
